The Cayman Islands are a British Overseas Territory, so a valid passport is required for entry. Your passport must be valid for the duration of your trip, though many airlines recommend at least six months of remaining validity. Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM) is the main international airport serving the Cayman Islands. Many airlines offer direct flights to Grand Cayman from the United States.

General Information

When you arrive in the Cayman Islands, a white immigration card will be placed in your passport. Be sure to keep it safe, as you will need it when leaving the island!

When you arrive, you will find plenty of taxis waiting just outside baggage claim. Most are six to eight passenger vans that can easily accommodate luggage and larger groups.
